Background
My musical journey began with classical training before I studied jazz drums at the Ghent Conservatory, graduating in 2018. That foundation quickly pulled me beyond classical frameworks, into production, live electronics, and composition for projects like Okkupeerder and M.CHUZI.
Curiosity is central to everything I do. I keep traveling to absorb different musical traditions and genres, and those encounters feed directly back into my work.
What I Teach
Drumming
My drumming draws on groove, hip-hop, jazz and improvisation. Lessons focus on building a solid technical foundation while developing your own voice as a drummer. Whatever style you come from, we work with what moves you.
Songwriting
I have composed for a range of projects, mainly Okkupeerder and M.CHUZI. In the class we explore how to build your own musical ideas from the ground up: melody, harmony, rhythm and arrangement.
Live Electronics & Production
I work with Ableton (producing), Reaper (mixing and editing) and Loopy Pro (live performance). Whether you are producing tracks or building a live electronics setup, we find the workflow that fits your practice.
